Winemaking > Harvested by night, then direct pressing in an inert environment. Cold settling by gravity ; fermentation at 16ºC. Early racking followed by aging on fine lees.
Tasting note > Pale golden color. Complex nose of citrus fruits and white fruits. Round and smooth with a nice freshness.
Suggestions > Serve cool with shellfish, grilled fish, fish in a sauce, white meat or cheese.
