As all great Bandol, this wine is mainly made from mourvèdre.

 And Francois Dumoutier also makes his Bandol really traditional! 

The nose initially gives a lot of ripe fruit, pepper and light wood tones. 

On the palate it is full, powerful and long with notes of cherries, ink and, after at least 4 years of aging in the cellars of the château, nice, round tannins.
