Pouilly Loché Au Bûche
Tasting comments :
Pouilly Loché is a confidential appellation of nearly 35 hectares that produces great
white wines of Burgundy and expresses the quintessence of Chardonnay. Young, it
reveals notes of white flowers and fruits, citrus. After 3 to 5 years it reveals more
complex notes ranging from pear to apricot, toasted hazelnut to almonds.
Sébastien loves straight, silky and elegant wines. Its Pouilly Loché expresses itself on
complex and precise notes of yellow fruits, toasted almonds, minerals and on
discrete exotic touches (ginger, pineapple confit, mango) that complete each
beautiful promise. On the palate, we find the identity expected from the wine and
sought by Sébastien, freshness, density, minerality and length.
