Bodegas Navajs S.L. is a family winery situated in the Village of Navarrete, in the heart of of the D.O.C. Rioja.
Founded in 1918 as Bodegas Arjona, The Navajas Family acquired a share in the business in 1978 and in 1983 they becaome the sole stockholders, changing it's name to Bodegas Navajas.
The Bodega is currently run by Antonio Navajas and his wife Rosa Maria Gandarias. Their son Roberto is responsible for production and quality control, and their daughter Mercedes is in charge of the export.
Antonio Navajas took over gthe family business and and geared it exclusively towards bottled wine, wich promoted both nationally and internationally, a discision wich has favoured a considerable growth in prestige and differtent markets.
