They think it is important to cherish the characteristics of their terroir without losing sight of the development in wine growing.
In their cave you will find, in addition to the traditional oak, modern and thermoregulated stainless steel barrels. Jean-Luc Dumoutier, a descendant who now runs the company, is not only passionate about wine but also art in jazz. Expositions and music events are therefore regularly organized on the domain.
