sabella Spagnolo Ice has Zero Alcohol content and is a fresh micro filtered carbonated grape must. Must is the juice pressed from grapes before it begins to ferment. This delicious, slightly sweet drink has all the characteristics of a sparkling wine but because of its unique manufacturing style it cannot be technically classed as ‘wine’, however nor is it a pasteurized juice.
