Winemaking > Harvested at night the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Direct pressing and cold settling, thermo-regulated fermentation in vats between 16°C and 18°C.
Tasting note > Bright yellow colour with golden hues. Expressive nose of flowers and exotic fruits. Fleshy and balanced on the palate, it complements the harmonious impression of freshness.
Suggestions > Serve cool (8-10ºC) with fish in a sauce, shellfish or for aperitif.
